CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/ Reschedule Time is our most valuable asset. Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment (adjust timing to your preference) Failure to give proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We ask that the appointment be confirmed. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to appointment and rescheduling must be 24hrs prior to your appointment. - Late cancellations: No call no show clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be subject to pay a $50 no show fee to your credit or debit card on file if you would like to reschedule after a no show No call a deposit fee of $50 is required to secure your new booking. - No Show/ late arrivals will be charged 100% of your treatment, if you would like to reschedule, you must pay a penalty price to book again. If you do not show up to your appointment you will not be able to get a refund for your reserved service. All clients have a 15 minutes grace period to show up for their appointment. Any late arrival past our grace period will result in service time being shortened or completely canceled. This policy allows us to retain highly qualified providers and support staff while ensuring appointment availability.
